2. After using the milk pasteurization machines and pipes, wash them with cold water or warm water immediately. If the milk attached to the equipment and pipes is not washed off immediately, it will be denatured if it is allowed to dry. After forming a solid gel film with salt, it will be very difficult to wash them again. Use too hot water with salt to prevent protein from hardening. Keep the water temperature between 38-60 degrees.
3. When washing with detergent solution, the temperature must be kept at 600C ~ 720c, and the detergent solution has the following three functions.
A. Physical function: it can make the fat, protein and salt in the residual milk play the role of milk and anti flocculation.
B. Chemical action: it can make fat saponify and hydrolyze, and generate fatty acid and glycerin, and make protein generate and degrade.
C. Mechanical function: it can wash away the decomposed or loose milk scale and its decomposition products.
The emulsification ability of detergent is related to its surface tension and penetration. The three functions listed above all promote each other.

5. After washing, utensils, containers, equipment, etc. can be dried by treatment with bactericide solution. When the appliance and equipment are not used, it shall be kept in a fully dry state, because without water, bacteria are not easy to grow and reproduce, so it is necessary to carry out another disinfection treatment before use, even if it has been washed and sterilized the previous night, it shall be treated again before use the next day.
